Letters of Invitation

Attendees requiring a formal letter of invitation to attend the IoT 2012 Conference please make your request to reg@iot2012.org and provide the following information:

* Name

* Gender

* Birthday

* Nationality

* Passport Number

* Affiliation (company, university, etc.)

* IEEE member number (if applicable)

* Mailing Address

    -Street

    -City

    -State/Province

    -Postal Code

    -Country

* Date of Entry into China

* Embassy/Consulate for Visa Application

Requests for an invitation letter should be made during Aug. 15th – Oct.15th, 2010. 

Please note that this procedure aims to assist attendees who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Conference. It is not an invitation covering fees and other expenses and does not imply any financial support from the Conference.
