Guidelines for Author Submission

Submissions must be double-column in the IEEE manuscript template for conferences format and must not exceed 8 pages (in 10 point font). Only letter-sized PDF files with embedded fonts are accepted. Paper submissions have to be anonymized to facilitate blind review. Papers that have not been anonymized will not be reviewed.

The paper submission is done via EDAS (http://edas.info). Upon clicking the "submit paper", you will find the conference name, IoT 2012 (Internet of Things 2012 - Third International Conference on the Internet of Things), and then you can submit your paper by click "submit" which is at the right end of the row. If you do not have an EDAS account yet, you will need to register first (free of charge). Authors are required to select one of 7 topics in the Call for Papers during registration of the paper. Once the paper is registered, you can upload the manuscript (multiple times) until the submission deadline. Please make sure EDAS does not report any printing problems (e.g., fonts not embedded) during the upload and correct all reported errors.

For accpted paper:

1)  To ensure the PDF version of a paper is compatible with IEEE Xplore, use the (free) IEEE PDF eXpress service  (http://www.pdf-express.org/) to perform all verification checks.

2)  Upload or fill out copyright form according to the IEEE copyright policy.

3)  Submit the final paper with a confirmation ID for a paid registrant. For more details about the registration policies, please refer to the webpage of registration.

4) Accepted and registered paper will be submitted for publication in IEEE Xplore and indexing by EI Compendex.

Should you have any questions on the submission procedure, please contact tpc@iot2012.org.
